Who We Are:

Founded in 2006 by Tracy & C.J. Darlington, TitleTrakk.com is an interactive website spotlighting Christian books, music & movies. Updated weekly, we feature author and musician interviews, album and book reviews, music videos, movie reviews and interviews, book excerpts, surveys, polls, and fun contests.

Our Goal:

The site's tagline is "Your Christian Book, Music & Movie Terminal." That's what we want TitleTrakk.com to be--a website where people of all walks can discover the amazing options available to them in Christian entertainment today.

Our Writers (in alphabetical order):

Christa BanisterChrista A. Banister: Like most freelance writers and authors, Christa A. Banister's life is a little different every day. As a former editor at CCM Magazine for five and a half years, she continues to work with them in a variety of capacities including her monthly book column which highlights the best new releases. In addition, she reviews Christian music for Christianity Today.com, Christian Single (and now TitleTrakk) and keeps a regular Christian music blog for MTV's URGE music service (urge.com). She's recently branched out to the mainstream music world, too, as she writes about pop and country music for BurnLounge. Also a movie buff, she reviews the latest flicks for Crosswalk.com. And if that wasn't enough to send her over the edge, she also has written her first novel, Around the World in 80 Dates: Confessions of a Christian Serial Dater, which will be published by NavPress on October 15, 2007. You can find out more about the adventures of Christa and her hubby Will at her MySpace page.

Melissa J. CarswellMelissa J. Carswell: Melissa is a Board Certified Christian Counselor. However, due to the appearance of a little bundle of Miracle in the past year, the counseling practice is now on indefinite hold. Instead, Melissa has entered the world of freelance writing from home. She is currently one of the content writers for TotallyHer.com (to be launched in September of 2008). Melissa has a passion for mentoring teen girls and young women and does so whenever possible. Her heart longing, along with her husband, is to use her education and credentials someday to have a home full of abandoned, abused, and terminally ill childen. They are still waiting for God's hand to unfold that particular chapter of their lives. When Melissa isn't changing diapers, doing laundry, cooking meals, mentoring the afore-mentioned young women, tending to her garden, being her husband's biggest fan, and soaking in every cuddly moment with her daughter, she reads and she writes. It is not unusual to see 2-3 books laying around the house at any given time and the hard drive to her computer houses several partially-written manuscripts to the secret dreamed-of-published books Melissa hopes for in the future. You can check out A Weak Rose here.
